Fruits and Vegetable Processing and Preservation Training
India is an agricultural country. More than 30% of agricultural production gets wasted due to a lack of processing and preservation facilities which is called post-harvest loss. While considering the availability of raw materials and market potential for value-added products the Vidyalaya started Fruits and Vegetable processing and Preservation training in the year 2000-01.

Readymade Garment, Tailoring Training
Readymade Garment and Tailoring Training is another area in which women can earn money and become self-sufficient. Hence we started Readymade Garment and Tailoring training in the year 1994-95. While considering the demand for fashionable outfits, we started this training in the year 2008-09.

Masala Making Training
While considering the increasing demand for Village Industries training and to create sustainable livelihood opportunities, the Vidyalaya started Masala Making training in 1997 as a part of its skill development programs. The objective of the training is to promote self-employment among rural youth, women, and marginalized sections of society by providing practical skills in spice processing and small-scale entrepreneurship.
